The Asian American Accountable Care Organization, LLC (AAACO) is a physician-owned and physician-led organization that is endorsed by the Chinese American Independent Practice Association (CAIPA) and the Chinese American Medical Society (CAMS).

The AAACO is comprised of physicians and other health care providers of CAIPA, the Korean American Physician Independent Practice Association (KAPIPA), and the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center, a federally qualified health center.  Each of these organizations has a long track record in advocating and providing community-based medical care for the Asian community in New York City.
